Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions:
- This lucky draw is open only to walk-in participants at Chiang Heng Business Commons.
- The lucky draw will be held on 13 February 2026, during the campaign day, at Chiang Heng Business Commons only. Lucky draw sessions will be conducted throughout the day. All prizes must be claimed on the same day of announcement.
- If a winner fails to appear and claim the prize after being called three (3) times, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner.
- One (1) prize per IC name per day. Each individual is eligible to win only once per day.
- Each participant is entitled to a maximum of two (2) lucky draw entries per day.
- To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must fulfil one (1) of the following options:
- No purchase required: Check in on-site to receive one (1) lucky draw form.
- With any purchase: Receive one (1) lucky draw form.
To “check in”, participants must post a photo taken on-site and tag @chianghengjewellery or #chianghengjewellery on their social media account. Participants must follow Chiang Heng Jewellery’s official social media page and present their check-in proof on-site during the lucky draw session.
⚠️ Participants must be physically present on-site during the lucky draw session. Participants who are not present at the time of the draw are not eligible, even if they have completed the check-in or other activities. - Participants must be 18 years old and above at the point of participation or purchase.
- Complimentary entry is available for Malaysian participants. A participation fee of RM80 applies to non-Malaysian participants. By cash ONLY.
- There will be ten (10) winners in this lucky draw, with total prizes worth up to RM16,888.
- Information on how to participate in the lucky draw shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- All decisions made by Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond Sdn Bhd in relation to the lucky draw, prizes, and winners shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree to all the Terms and Conditions herein, including any amendments, additions, replacements, or modifications made from time to time by Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond Sdn Bhd.
- Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
幸运抽奖条款与细则：
- 本幸运抽奖活动仅开放予到访 Chiang Heng Business Commons 的现场顾客参与。
- 幸运抽奖将于 2026年2月13日（活动当天） 在 Chiang Heng Business Commons 举行。抽奖将于当天晚上进行，所有得奖名单将于现场公布，所有奖品须于当天领取。
- 如得奖者在现场被叫名 三（3）次 仍未现身领奖，将视为自动弃权，其奖品将转赠予下一位符合资格的得奖者。
- 每位参与者每日仅限以同一身份证（IC）中奖一次，每人每日最多仅可成为一名得奖者。
- 每位参与者每日最多可获得 两（2）次 抽奖机会。
- 参与抽奖者须符合以下其中一项条件：
- 无消费参与： 于现场完成签到（Check-in），即可获得一（1）张抽奖表格。
- 任何消费参与： 凡于现场完成任何消费，即可获得一（1）张抽奖表格。
- 参与者须在参与或消费时 年满18岁或以上。
- 本活动为 马来西亚公民 提供免费参与资格；非马来西亚公民参与本活动需缴付 RM80 参与费用。仅接收现钱。
- 本幸运抽奖活动将产生 十（10）位得奖者，总奖品价值高达 RM16,888。
- 有关抽奖参与方式的说明，均视为本条款与细则之一部分。
- Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond Sdn Bhd 对所有与抽奖、奖品及得奖者相关之决定拥有最终决定权，恕不接受任何申诉或争议。
- 参与本幸运抽奖活动，即表示参与者已阅读、理解并同意所有条款与细则，包括日后由 Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond Sdn Bhd 不时作出的任何修改、增补或替换。
- Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond Sdn Bhd 保留随时修订本条款与细则之权利，恕不另行通知。
